CEO
Dr. Frank Nguyen is the Founder of TBN Construction Management Consulting, LLC, bringing over 26 years of experience in the construction industry. As an industry–academic professional, he also teaches construction management and civil engineering–related courses at the university level, emphasizing applied, systems-based, and practice-oriented learning.
He possesses extensive expertise in construction scheduling and cost management across a wide range of large-scale projects and major Capital Improvement Programs (CIP). His technical proficiency spans key construction management disciplines, including estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling, claims management, and schedule impact analysis.
Dr. Nguyen is recognized for his strong leadership and strategic problem-solving abilities, consistently driving solutions that maximize value and improve project performance outcomes. His research interests focus on minimizing change orders, enhancing front-end planning quality and process mapping frameworks, measuring performance and productivity in the construction industry, and developing optimization models for construction project management.
