CEO
The founder of TBN Construction Management Consulting, LLC is Dr. Frank Nguyen. He has 24 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in construction schedules and costs for various large types of construction projects and major capital improvement program (CIP) management. Additionally, he is knowledgeable in construction management: estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling, claims, and schedule impact analysis. He has good leadership skills and abilities in identifying and solving problems to maximize the highest benefit for the construction projects. Dr. Frank Nguyen is interested in research on minimizing change requests in construction, quality control of the front-end planning and process mapping models for construction projects, and measuring performance and productivity in construction industry as well as optimization models in construction project management.
